• The Management of the APQO, Inc. is entrusted to:
• The Council which is known as "Core Council" composed of the nominated representatives of each Full Members where each member can only nominate one representative.
• The Management of the activities and programs of APQO, Inc on day-to-day basis is entrusted to:
• The Executive Board composed of APQO, Inc. officers elected from the Council reporting to the Council.
• The Secretariat or multiple Secretariats or Operational Offices as required and approved by APQO, Inc. which is headed by appointed staff of APQO, Inc. and/or Company Secretary who are not council members or Country Representative from the council as appropriate and reporting to Executive Board.
• Any Committee or other body deemed necessary for specific programs and establishes by the Council for the achievement of the goals and objectives of APQO, Inc. reporting to Executive Board.

• The implementation of the general guidelines and activities as approved by the Council;
• The execution of the strategies and approved plans of APQO, Inc. as approved by Council and in accordance with policies of APQO, Inc.
• The effective use and management of the funds of APQO, Inc. as laid down in its budget;
• The preparatory work for a successful and efficient conduct of Council meetings;
• All other necessary activities to ensure the proper functioning of APQO, Inc.;
• The Executive Board meets at least once a year or as often as the situation requires; and
• The Executive Board would refer to the Annual Council meeting held usually just before the Annual International Conference as the APQO Official meeting for reporting of regulatory and required reports.

Supporting GPEA, AIIA, AGM, ACE, AIBP and AIC in providing expertise and assistance to assist with member's needs specifically in terms of the tools for value creation and methodologies enabling and enhancing productivity, people, innovation, governance, service excellence and performance /business excellence. Included is expertise on ISO Management System Standards and Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies e.g. 6 Sigma, Lean, Kaizen.
